Why FMP Software Exists
We believe software companies shouldn’t be the biggest financial beneficiary of a charity auction. Every decision at FMP Software LLC honors our local Pacific Northwest roots:
1. Zero Percentage Gouging
Commercial platforms take 3.5% to 8% of your gross auction proceeds.
DonorSoft never takes a percentage of your auction or donations, so the money your guests give goes to your mission.
2. Direct Stripe Connect Payouts
Your funds never sit in a third-party holding account.
Using Stripe Connect, ticket sales and auction proceeds route directly into your nonprofit’s own Stripe account, and from there to your bank. Eligible 501(c)(3)s can apply to Stripe for its discounted nonprofit rate. Card numbers are tokenized by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Based in Snohomish County, Washington, FMP Software LLC was born from hands-on work with local schools and charities.
We partner directly with your auction chairs and event committees, providing optional white-glove data migration and live event-night support.
